Moulding
Production
Our highly automated injection moulding
process enables us to manufacture
identical, robust, lightweight products
to fine tolerances. With only one
machine in use, greater interchange
ability is achieved so that we can
respond swiftly to your demands. The
effective plant layout incorporates
a totally clean floor area with electricity,
cooling water and compressed air fed
from overhead. Finished products are
transported by conveyor from machines
to storage.

The high degree of automation includes micro-processor
controls and a computer system audit right
through from order to despatch to give total
quality control. Statistical Process Control
(SPC) ensures complete checking throughout
the moulding process. Ancillary operations
such as colouring and drying are also carried
out. |
